Manage internet by engineer mode (like a boss)

sometime we don't want others to use our internet ,as we are caution about of data plans,so here is a trick to disable and enable internet to stop the usage ,though on the notification bar it seems like the internet is working ......its kind of cool ,coz thats the settings most peope wont just get it ....lol
